Fairview Builders assists you in finding the right site for your custom home or finding the right home for your existing site. As we are Greenville & Upstate specialists familiar with the many lots available throughout the region, we are often called upon to connect brokers to sellers, to work with both groups to improve the curb appeal of lots for sale, or to improve lots that will be built upon in the future.

Our design-build construction process includes site design, house design and build-out. Fairview's self-imposed limit is a maximum of five custom homes a year. Because most are high-end luxury homes, the process can take up to a year or more to complete due to the customized level of finish work and detail.

Our Services Division provides a wide variety of home maintenance and repairs: from painting and plumbing to large-scale renovations, to the creation of outdoor living spaces, the placement of stone retaining walls and the installation of outdoor kitchens and fireplaces. We have great relationships with quality subcontractors who have been working with us since 1995.

Fairview Residential Services, LLC can assist you with:

Lot Development Services – lot evaluation for building purposes, perc tests, view enhancement, grading and clearing, path construction, grading and stoning of driveways, erosion control, power and water to docks, preparation for lot resale or construction, and POA and ARB assistance

Lot Maintenance Services – underbrushing, bush hogging, tree trimming, spraying of Roundup, fixing and preventing erosion.

Home Maintenance Services – painting, siding and stonework repair, cleaning and guarding of gutters, roofing, electrical and plumbing repairs, maintaining houses that are for sale, punch lists for homeowners, and winterizing vacant homes

Construction Services – architect selection, plans development assistance, contractor referral, comprehensive renovations and additions, interior design and decorating, spec and custom homes, addition of amenities, such as spas, outdoor kitchens and fire pits, retaining walls and all specialty subcontractors

Stone Work – comprehensive stone masonry by Acosta Stoneworks, Inc. including driveways, sidewalks, rock or cultured rock house and wall veneers, drainage basins, decorative hardscapes with boulders and rock, and pools, waterfalls and streams

Retaining Walls – concrete, boulders, and timbers for structural purposes as well as landscaping

Erosion Control – slopes, drains, swales, catch basins and piping
