Fairview Residential Services Announces New Maintenance Program

Hundreds of Cliffs Owners and others are familiar with Fairview's Lot Maintenance Program (LMP) and have participated over the years. The LMP was created to do two things:

1. 1. Improve the beauty and value of lots for owners who will someday build or for those who are selling.
2. 2. Maintain that level of quality year round by having our ground crew stop by three times per year (April/July/October) at a very low cost ($150.00-$300.00).

The NEW Residential Maintenance Plan (RMP) has been created to provide two essential programs:

1. 1. Bi-weekly inspections of the interior and exterior to ensure that the home is watched over and problems detected in the owner's absence.
   • a. water leaks
   • b. storm damage
   • c. pest control
   • d. winterization
   • e. heating or air conditioning failure (mold can grow quickly if AC goes out)
2. 2. Customized preventative maintenance plan created and implemented annually.
   • a. HVAC filters, etc.
   • b. soil settling or erosion
   • c. staining and painting
   • d. gutters and downspouts
   • e. roofing
   • f. landscape maturation issues

What It Costs

The RMP costs just $50/month, and all activities are invoiced at the end of the month by email and charged to  your credit card, giving you total peace of mind with minimum paperwork and hassle, especially when you are away.  Call us today!
