Chris Hamblen
Chris grew up in the Upstate of South Carolina, where he developed a deep appreciation for both the area's economic growth and for the natural beauty of Paris Mountain, often exploring its trails on 4-wheelers with friends. Though passionate about Chemistry and Physics in high school, Chris had a hard time finding a clear direction for his career in science. Eventually, he took his brother's advice and decided to pursue a degree in Construction Science and Management at Clemson University, all while considering a future in the family homebuilding business—though he wasn’t feeling any pressure to follow that path.
After earning several academic honors, including multiple semesters on the Dean’s and President’s lists, Chris had offers from well-known regional and national commercial construction firms. But his entrepreneurial drive led him to take the leap and work for himself and his family. Today, Chris enjoys a rewarding career in small business, embracing both the challenges and the rewards it brings ,now successfully transitioning the business to its second generation. On the personal side, Chris married Jordan, a graduate of North Greenville University, and together they have two independent, hilarious children, Emmett and Ava, who keep things interesting.

A licensed residential builder, Larry is known for his meticulous attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to foster strong, trusting relationships with homeowners. His leadership style reflects his core values—integrity, craftsmanship, and family—which guide every project from planning to completion.
When he’s not on the job site, Larry can be found with his wife, Callie, and their three active daughters, who keep them busy at the softball fields.

In 1994, Hamblen sold the company and moved to Greenville, SC. He and his wife Cindy designed and built their stone and stucco home on Paris Mountain, moving in just before Thanksgiving of 1995. Both of their sons grew up in Greenville, and the three families still reside “on the mountain.”

Emma is an alumnus of North Greenville University, where she earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees with honors in Business Administration. Her solid academic foundation, combined with the discipline and teamwork she developed as a Division II collegiate soccer player, equips her to handle the nuances of construction with confidence, a close attention to detail, and a passion for expediting progress.
Emma is central to the early stages of every Fairview home, working hand-in-hand with architects, trade partners, and internal teams to establish transparent and well-informed cost frameworks and timelines that reflect each client’s unique vision.
Outside of her professional pursuits, she’s a dedicated pastor’s wife active in student ministry at Biltmore Church and a proud mom to her sweet and smiley little boy, Wesley, who’s always on the move.

Scott Kegley
Scott joined Fairview after 21 years in wholesale construction, bringing deep expertise in material sourcing, vendor negotiation, and cost control to the custom home building industry. Over the past two years, Scott has applied that experience to overseeing procurement and vendor relationships across many residential projects, working closely with the Sales Director, Project Estimator, and Project Managers to keep material costs, timelines, and quality standards aligned from pre-construction through the build phase.
An active member of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greenville for five years, he has served as Membership Chair and was honored with the Richard B. Ashmore Associate Member of the Year award in recognition of contributions to the local homebuilding community. Skip Doria
Vincent “Skip” Doria was born and raised on Long Island, New York and relocated to Greenville, South Carolina in 2019 with his wife and their two daughters.
Skip studied architecture in college and began his career in the construction industry in the 1980s. He became a licensed general contractor and went on to open his own millwork and tile company, where he built a reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail.
In the early 2000s, Skip transitioned into construction management in New York City. Over the years, he worked his way up to become an executive project manager, leading large-scale high end residential projects and managing teams with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Today, Skip brings decades of experience and a hands-on approach to every project he takes on. His background in both design and construction allows him to see projects from multiple angles and deliver successful results. Above all, customer satisfaction is most important to him.
In his free time, Skip enjoys riding his Harley, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and two girls, making memories to last a lifetime.

Bill Fisher
Bill brings over a decade of construction experience to Fairview — including five years as a union electrician that gave him something most project managers don't have: a hands-on, systems-level understanding of how a home actually comes together from the inside out.
That technical foundation shapes how he manages every build. Bill doesn't just track schedules and coordinate trades — he speaks the language of the craftsmen on site, catches problems before they compound, and holds quality to a standard that only someone who's done the work themselves can enforce.
Originally from Ohio, Bill relocated to the Greenville area in 2021 and quickly made it home. When he's not on a job site, you'll find him on a golf course — always chasing a new layout to play or a tournament to catch with friends — or at home with his wife and their golden retriever, Maverick.

Tony Bottigliere
Tony brings 15 years of construction experience and the disciplined precision of a U.S. Air Force Veteran to every project he manages. Before joining Fairview, he owned and operated his own renovation company — overseeing projects end-to-end and building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction that speaks directly to what Fairview clients expect.
That ownership background matters: Tony doesn't just manage timelines and subcontractors — he understands what's at stake for the people building their dream home, because he's been on both sides of that relationship.
Outside of work, Tony is an avid camper and home cook who spends his weekends exploring the outdoors with his wife and two kids. That same intentionality he brings to a custom home, he brings to his family life — and it shows in how he shows up for our clients every single day.

Scott Hixson
Scott brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry and holds a degree in Biological Science from Clemson University. His background provides a strong understanding of material science and how home design can organically enhance quality of life.
With a sharp eye for detail and a focus on high-quality outcomes, Scott also has experience as a residential appraiser, specializing in high-end, energy-efficient custom homes. He incorporates LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) principles to create and evaluate homes that promote health, sustainability, and vitality.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys fly-fishing and spending time at equestrian events with his wife, three children, and their horses.

Joe Principato
As a Project Manager, Joe Principato brings more than two decades of leadership, organization, and hands-on construction experience to every custom home project. A proud U.S.Navy veteran, he served four years aboard the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70), where he supported the launch and recovery of naval aircraft in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. That experience instilled the discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork that continue to shape his approach to managing complex residential projects.
Following his military service, Joe spent 18 years in the production industry, leading crews, coordinating operations, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. He later transitioned into the skilled trades, gaining extensive hands-on experience in framing, electrical work, plumbing, and both interior and exterior carpentry. Building on that foundation, he launched his own remodeling and home additions business, where he managed projects from concept to completion while developing a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and client service.
Today, Joe combines his military discipline, leadership experience, entrepreneurial background, and broad construction knowledge to oversee custom home projects with precision and care. He is committed to building strong relationships with homeowners, trade partners, and subcontractors, ensuring every home is delivered with exceptional quality, clear communication, and attention to detail

Kalie Duffala
With two years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Office Administration at Fairview, Kalie brings a detail-oriented and organized approach to business operations. She has a background in studio art and business management, blending creativity with practical problem-solving.
When she’s not navigating spreadsheets, you’ll find her rock climbing (indoors of course!), hiking, or exploring the beautiful landscapes of the Blue Ridge and Smokey Mountains with her husband.
