JUNE’S MAINTENANCE TIPS
MAINTENANCE TIP #1
Now that the trees on your property are all leafed out, check to make sure that none are touching your home as those branches can be access points for small animals to get into your chimneys, or make holes into your attic. Plus branches too close will prevent air flow and light access to your exteriors.
MAINTENANCE TIP #2
On the side of your home that doesn’t get direct sunlight, you may see the green hues build up on the siding and stone during these humid, often rainy months. Getting your home, and even your concrete power washed before that gets thicker will keep the property looking well maintained, even if you’re away for a few summer months!
