Several weeks ago Fairview received eight HBA Bridge Awards in home price ranges from 1.6MM to 6.9MM in the Best Bathroom, Best Kitchen, Best Exterior and Best Overall categories!
These are the result of so many participants being excellent in their field. We share these awards with the many hands that help our projects come to life.

Brief Update on Material Costs 🪵
We have kept our eyes on material costs as always, but especially the
last 6 weeks.
We are pleased to report that the vast majority have stayed level or gone down a bit, providing excellent timing for new construction.

Set a time before Memorial Day every year to have your windows cleaned. Looking out at the views, greenery and gardens is never better than after your glass is crystal clear! Gutters can also be cleaned while the ladder is out!
MAINTENANCE TIP #2
Check your HVAC to make sure it’s working properly now, before the
real heat comes.
Swap out your cold air return
filters quarterly and have ducts
cleaned biannually if your home has
a traditional furnace.
Oh, the fresh air!
